·         All sales are final.

·         Gift cards are like cash and are not replaceable. If you lose or misplace your card, any amount on it will also be lost.

·         All treatment times are approximate.

·         Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in charging you for missed treatments.

·         Two or more treatments for two or more people need to be paid for at the time of making an appointment.

·         Regretfully, being late for your appointment takes away from your scheduled treatment.

·         Cell phones and pagers need to be left at the front desk.

·         Prices of individual treatments do not cover gratuities.

·         15% gratuities will be automatically added to all packages and spa parties of 2 or more guests. 

·         We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards.

·         Purchases of series are encouraged. Receive 6 of the same treatment for the price of 5.

·         Spa lunch is available upon request.

·         To all our guests we offer complimentary herbal tea, coffee, spring water and refreshments. Access to shower facilities is complimentary with all therapies and packages.
